I use the State Street location in Bellingham and find their customer service and response to be commendable for all the work they have provided me from rescreening to fixing double pane windows to referring me to another repair company on a window with a warranty I wasn’t aware I had. I even had a tech come to re-install a window after I took it out to clean and the response time was less than an hour. I can’t expect better service.

Couldn’t be more pleased with our experience with Lyndale Glass. We had four foggy windows replaced. First of all, Peter was very professional and efficient when preparing the estimate. Then….the final price was so much better than we expected, due to 3 other quotes we had received, we had to question it just to make sure it was correct. 😁. Then when there was a scheduling issue, Peter stepped up and fixed it, just as a true customer service professional would! Finally, the installation team of Doug and Logan were great. Right on time!
